We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — for example to answer a question about a specimen or to arrange a private viewing. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We process this data on the basis of your consent and/or to take steps at your request before entering into a possible transaction (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).

Where your data goes and how long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are delivered by email to info@smeetsgems.com. This website is hosted by Hostinger on servers within the European Union. We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain our ordinary business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
